there’s lots of lovely ideas for naming your newborn
Ash

From the Old English æsc (ash tree)
Callum

A Scottish Gaelic name from the Latin “Columba” meaning Dove.
It can also be spelled Calum or Calumn.
Euan

This is a Scottish name, from the Gaelic Eoghan meaning from the Yew. Yews are strongly connected to Folklore and can live to a great age.
Kai

Kai has many meanings in different languages. I’ve chosen it here because in Japan it means both Ocean and shell.
Leif

I chose this Scandinavian name meaning beloved because of its nature sounding connections. I’ve always loved it as a name and with the current Scandi obsession here in the UK, it feels perfect for a little boy.
Leon

Latin for Lion, this is a great name for babies born in July.
Leo is another great alternative.
Nash

Originally from Old English “atten ash” – at the ash tree, it would have described where a person lived.
Rio

Meaning River in both Spanish and Portuguese. A great cosmopolitan name!
Orson

This name comes from the Norman nickname, taken from the Norman French Ors for bear and originally the Latin Ursus. I love this name and can really see a cute nickname of Bear too.
Wren

Another bird name but a beautiful one I think. It’s a unisex name too, just as lovely for a girl
