18 months ago I wrote a post about 10 things you might not know about me – 10-things-you-might-not-know-about-me. It was a really popular post, I think because it gave you all a glimpse behind the camera.
So, as it’s been a while, I thought I’d add a few more things to my list:
1. I’m left handed. Now, there’s an interesting story behind that, because I’m really only left handed when I write, I play racket sports and use my knife and fork right handed (but use a spoon left handed). My brothers are 6 and 9 years older than me and they once told me that when I was a baby, every time I picked something up in my right hand, they swapped it to my left!! So, perhaps I’m left handed by design, which would explain a lot!!!
2. I am teaching myself to knit. Not an easy task (see above). I had a vision for a shot I wanted to capture and it involved a blanket I couldn’t buy in time, so I had to make it myself! Since then, I’ve knitted several mini blankets to use in sessions. I’m limited to plain and purl at the moment, but it’s a start.

3. I have 8 nieces and nephews and I’m very proud of them all
4. I love fonts. Even though I don’t need to, I often find myself buying fonts to use. I particularly love Creative Market
5. Somehow or other we have managed to take on 3 cats in the last year. Two we deliberately adopted from someone who was moving abroad, the other adopted us at around the same time. As I type, I have a cat sprawled across my keyboard, which makes it a little more difficult. One of our cats hid behind the washing machine for two weeks before she decided to trust us, and is now our huffy fluffy princess who demands all our attention!

NB – notes on my last year’s “10 things you didn’t know”
My eldest son is now taller than me and my youngest is catching up fast!
Jon and I have just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary 🙂
