I’m catching up on a couple of weeks in the next two posts. Here are your Lockdown activities for week 4. The days seem to fly by even though there isn’t a huge amount of demand on my time. Perhaps I’ve just slowed my pace down.
The London Mudlark
I’ve long been a follower of the wonderful London Mudlark, Lara Maiklem. She’s been discovering treasures on the Thames foreshore for many years and her facebook page is full of amazing finds. During the lockdown, she’s been posting finds and their history for children to read at 9am on weekdays.
Go take a look at her Facebook page and scroll down to find the Mini MudLark posts

Abigail’s a local actor and reads stories beautifully with props and costumes to boot.

The brilliant Alison from Gardening by Design has written a blog about gardening with little ones

The Phoenix Comic
If you have older children and don’t know about The @phoenixcomic, this is the chance to introduce them! They’re giving away a free monthly copy, which is jam packed with things to do

Springwatch
If there’s one thing that is guaranteed to bring a smile to my face, it’s the amazing photos, video and facts on BBC Springwatch. There’s super cute baby animals to look at too.
